Yoga Philosophy
Yoga is Unity, converging the anatomical body, energetic body, emotions, higher mind, euphoria, and environment. Being a yoga teacher means that I have the privilege to always be aware, continuously explore, and enjoy the process of life. I have the opportunity to craft my life into alignment through knowledge, intellect, intuition, and wisdom.  By sustaining my own practice, I gain an opportunity to help others find their powerful path, giving guides of navigation through their own journey.  I offer my students a safe space to be fully in his or her authentic self.  My intention is for students to use these treasures to sprinkle among their lives on and off the mat.

 Karma Yoga
Yoga was introduced to me when my mom took me to the gym with her in 2005. It has been an ongoing growing, becoming, and awakening process ever since. My experience of yoga was only asana based until I moved to Florida in 2016. At Kula Yoga Shala, we delved deep into what it means to be a yogi/yogini. I learned that yoga has deep roots in spirituality, mindfulness, and philosophy. These values are sprinkled and layered throughout my own practice and teachings. I teach inside at Earth Yoga Boulder. I teach outside at private events listed on the events page.

I find that movement in nature never fails to feel like home to me personally. If I can do anything with my teachings, I desire to aide in welcoming people home to his/her/their own bodies in his/her/their own outside and inside environment.

Raja Yoga
Daily Personal Practice – Anything can be spiritual or mindful. I take a moment, to a few hours each day to tap in to me. My favorite vehicles for mindfulness: Yoga, dance, nature anything, hiking, running, climbing, drawing, journaling, playing harmonium while singing mantra, and sitting meditation. ☼

Bhakti Yoga
Connecting with, acknowledging, and loving each emotion as it arises: happiness, sadness, bliss, anger, resentment, praise, stagnancy, motivation, stillness, and movement.
